PREPARATION:
- CHop the chocolate and mix with the spelled flakes, Fruit Mix Protein Powder, Cocoa Mix Protein Powder and oat milk and put in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or better overnight.
- Roughly chop the pistachio nuts the next morning. Wash the figs, pat dry and quarter. Wash the mint, shake dry and pluck the leaves.
- Place overnicht oats in two bowls or sealable glasses. Spread the figs and mint leaves on top. Sprinkle overnight oats with chocolate and figs with chopped pistachio nuts and cocoa nibs.perfood Bowl is ready.
